a. I do not receive my password for the back office?
You will receive a welcome letter from the automated system once your payment is cleared and the application is being approved.
b. What can I do with my Distributor ID?
The automated Distributor ID is valid for 7 working days; however, it will be invalid if there is no payment made for the registration.
c. I lost my password, how can I retrieve?
ii. Click on “Forgot password” (located on the upper right corner)
iii. Filled in “Login ID” & “Email”, followed by Submit. Please make sure that the email is the one registered in Gano Excel system.
iv. You will receive the new password at your registered email soon.
d. Do I need to renew my distributorship?
No, Gano Excel Distributorship is a whole life membership.
e. Why is there a pop out after my first login?
This pop out is to remind you to fill in your details which are necessary for delivery and bonus payout.
2- BONUS PAYMENT
a. There is/are error(s) in my bonus statement, why?
The bonus statement is not final until the end of the 1st week of the month. Please check again on the 2nd week of the month.
b. I entitle for bonus, but it does not appear in my bank statement, why?
Please check on your distributor’s details. We are unable to make bonus payout if your banking details are not complete or if it is invalid.
c. I had reached 60PV for this month, but why I did not receive my bonus payout?
We will make the bonus payout once your total bonus had reached the threshold of 30€. Bonus of the current month will be accumulated and paid in the next month if the total reached the threshold of 30€.
3- MY ORDER
a. How do I check on my order?
Only completed order will appears in the back office, www.ganoexcel2u.com . Check as below, Sales > Report.
b. How can I know if my order is complete?
Login to the back office, www.ganoexcel2u.com and click to Sales > Report. Please select the purchase period.
c. How do I track my parcel?
Kindly write in to request for the tracking code by providing your Distributor ID and order number, e.g. NLHQXXXXXXXXMSO.
d. How can I get my order number?
The order number appears once you had successfully placed your order, e.g. NLHQXXXXXXXXMSO.
Kindly write in to request for your order number by providing your Distributor ID and date of purchase to make payment.
e. How can I send my parcel to my friend as a gift?
You will need to UNTICK the box “Same as Personal Address” located under the “State” column and enter the address of receiver.
4- PAYMENT
a. My internet connection was down when I tried to make payment. How can I make after I refresh my computer?
You may login to your PayPal account and make payment to epay.nl@ganoexcel.com . Kindly indicate your order number on the remark.
b. I do not have credit card, how can I make payment?
Gano Excel also accept direct bank in of payment to our bank account. The bank account details appear after you had successfully placed your order. Kindly write to sales@ganoexcel.com if you need a copy of the bank details.
Please send us a copy of the payment slip for verification and order release.
c. How can I make payment via PayPal without registering an account?
Yes, you may. Please refer to the Registration Guideline.
5- UPDATING DISTRIBUTOR”S DETAILS
a. How can I update my details?
You will need to send an email to sales@ganoexcel.com by providing us the latest details.
b. Can I update my downline’s details?
No. We do not allow any updating of distributor’s details by a third party. Kindly request the distributor to write us an email.
c. Can I change my sponsor?
No. We do not allow any sponsor change.
6- MULTILANGUAGE OF www.ganoexcel2u.com
a. I do not understand English; can I have the back office in my language?
We are currently updating our system in phase. We will be able to support in Multilanguage in future.
7- MARKETING MATERIALS
a. I need some marketing tools for my Gano Business. Where can I get it?
You may download it from the back office, www.ganoexcel2u.com . It is available in 7 languages.
Flow: Login > Menu Bar>BizTools > E_Business Kits.
b. Where can I buy these marketing tools?
It is available in our shopping cart after login at www.ganoexcel2u.com.
